What is there to do around the Guest House?

The Guest House is located at Skyview Ranch, a Christian Camp and Conference Center with over 175 acres of beautiful countryside.

Here's what you can do at the Ranch:

  • Horseback Riding at a special rate of $15 per rider (minimum of four riders needed to reserve a trail ride)
  • Fishing for bass, blue gill and cat fish in Pine Lake
  • Swimming at Pine Lake during the warmer months
  • Sledding and tubing in the winter months
  • Hiking through trails that wind through gorges, streams and open fields

Here's what you can do outside the Ranch:

  • Visit Amish country. Skyview is located in Holmes County Ohio, home to the world's largest population of Amish people. There are hundreds of locations to check out, including Amish Restaurants and Bakeries, Cheese Factories, Amish crafts stores and much more. Visit www.visitamishcountry.com/.
  • In the city of Wooster, about twenty five minutes north of Skyview, there are lots of great shopping opportunities, including a massive used books store, Kohls, JC Penny, Elder-Beerman, among others, and lots of great restaurants.
